Crunchy Coco cookies were born from a passion for wholesome, delicious food and a deep connection to the island we call home. Growing up on Oahu, my grandparents were my biggest inspiration. Both were diabetic, but their love for sweet treats never faded. They believed that with the right ingredients, even a sweet treat could be part of a healthy lifestyle.
