Both lived with diabetes, yet their love for treats never faded. They taught me that with the right ingredients, even something sweet can fit into a balanced lifestyle.
Years later, as a work-from-home single mom, I faced the same challenge with my kids. They wanted cookies for breakfast. Instead of saying no, I set out to create a cookie that tasted like fall comfort while still being made with care. That mission became the Crunchy Coco Cookie Company, and our Pumpkin Spice recipe quickly became a family favorite.
